M&B; Sales is seeking an enthusiastic and creative Marketing & Social Media Graduate to join our team on a
part-time basis

The Chance
Working closely with our People, Culture & Marketing Lead, you will gain exposure to:
Social media planning and content creation
Photography and video content development
Digital marketing campaigns
Brand and promotional activities
Event planning and execution
Website content management




Graphic design and marketing collateral
Internal communications and employer branding
Campaign reporting and analytics
This role offers variety, creativity and the opportunity to see your work make a genuine impact.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has recently completed (or is nearing completion of) a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related discipline
Has a passion for social media, content creation and branding
Is confident using Canva and social media platforms
Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills
Has a creative eye and attention to detail
Is proactive, organised and eager to learn
Enjoys working collaboratively within a team environment
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, photography, video editing or website management will be highly regarded but is not essential.
