Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise security officers
Provide hands-on incident response, management, and escalation
Ensure compliance with SOPs, WHS, and site policies
Coach officers in customer service, de-escalation, and situational awareness
Complete accurate incident reporting and follow-up actions
Assist with rostering, training, and performance management
Liaise with staff, emergency services, and contractors
Promote a safety-first, service-focused site culture
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 8 hours a day
About You:
Valid State Security Licence (mandatory)
Current Senior First Aid Certificate (mandatory)
Security experience in Retail or Commercial environments
Control room experience (for Control Rooms Operators only)
Experience in customer service
Ability to work collaboratively as a team player
Be well presented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours across a 24/7 roster, including weekends and public holidays
