We're now looking for an experienced Operations Manager to become a key member of our leadership team and help build the operational foundations that will support our next stage of growth.
The OpportunityReporting to the Directors, you'll lead the operational function of the business, ensuring our people, systems, technology and processes continue to evolve alongside our growth.
This is a genuine leadership role, responsible for driving operational excellence across the business.
While you'll oversee our administration team, your focus will be much broader - working with the Directors to improve business performance, strengthen operational capability and ensure strategic initiatives are successfully implemented.
Key areas of responsibility include:
Leading and developing the administration and operational support team.Driving process improvement and operational efficiency.Championing technology adoption and continuous improvement, including AI and automation opportunities.Developing operational reporting,



KPIs and business insights to support decision-making.Leading change management and business improvement initiatives.Supporting workforce planning, recruitment and team development.Building scalable systems and processes that support continued business growth.
About YouWe're looking for an experienced operational leader who enjoys building high-performing businesses and helping people succeed.
You'll bring:
Experience in an Operations Manager, Practice Manager or similar leadership role within a professional services environment.Demonstrated success leading operational improvement and organisational change.Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience developing operational reporting, KPIs and performance dashboards.A passion for improving systems, leveraging technology and driving operational efficiency.Commercial acumen with the ability to translate strategy into practical outcomes.A collaborative leadership style with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
Experience within financial planning will be highly regarded, however we also encourage applications from candidates with experience in accounting, insurance, mortgage broking, legal or other professional services businesses.
