Since launching EACON Mining Technology Australia Pty Ltd in December ****, we've hit some significant milestones, establishing our current office in West Perth in **** and expanding collaboration with partners and clients across the industry.
As we continue to grow rapidly, we're looking for talented professionals to join our thriving team in Perth.

As EACON Mining Technology Australia Pty Ltd (Eacon Australia) continues to expand, we are establishing a dedicated position for an experienced Office Administrator to join our Eacon family on a full-time basis in our trendy West Perth head office.
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, coordinating travel, accommodation,
and visa arrangements for FIFO personnel and international visitors.
The role will also support planning and coordinating marketing and BD-related events and functions.
Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the Administrator will work closely with the department managers across the business, providing effective and efficient administration support.
As the successful candidate, you will need to be highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working across Eacon's Australia and China interfaces.
Key responsibilities
As our Office Administrator, your responsibilities consist of the following:
General Office & Administrative Support
Maintain office supplies and provide general office administrative support.
Provide administration support to the Eacon Management Team.
Ensure Document Control Processes are initiated and implemented.
Answer and direct incoming calls and manage duties relating to visitors at the office.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier bookings.
Maintain electronic record-keeping systems.
Coordinate meeting scheduling, calendar management, and minute-taking as required by managers.
Support the HR team with new starter onboarding, including desk setup and equipment.
Liaise with building management re: office facilities, equipment, and maintenance issues.
Support office health & safety requirements (e.g. first aid kit checks, fire warden coordination)
Perform any other administrative duties as required.
Travel, Rosters and Visitor Coordination (Visa Processing)
Book flights and accommodation for the FIFO team and international visitors.
Ensure site rosters' accuracy and that they are up to date.
Support PPE ordering for FIFO and site personnel.
Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics as required.
Assist with visa applications for overseas visitors from the parent company.
Marketing Events & Function Coordination
Assist our Marketing team to organise and coordinate company events (exhibitions, and functions).
Accommodation & Property Management
Coordinate with the property managers, ongoing maintenance and emergency repairs for the company's rental properties, liaising with employees, and contractors to resolve accommodation-related issues.
Qualifications and Experience
Certificate III/IV in Business Administration or a related field.
Current Western Australian Driver's Licence.
Previous experience in an office administration, coordination, or similar support role.
Experience coordinating travel, accommodation, or event logistics is highly regarded.
Essential criteria
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite for document production and register management.
Familiarity with travel booking platforms and expense/record management.
Beneficial Skills
Experience liaising with real estate agents or managing lease/rental arrangements.
Experience working in a small, cross-cultural, or fast-growing organisation.
Sound working knowledge of visa application processes for overseas visitors.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin highly regarded.
