Key Responsibilities:
• Ensuring Quality:
You will be responsible for inspecting completed jobs and vehicles for thoroughness and quality,



ensuring that repairs are done correctly and to the required standards.
• Identifying and Correcting Issues:
Investigate customer complaints regarding quality and identify recurring problems to address them proactively.
• Reviewing Repair Orders:
They inspect all repair orders to ensure they include complete documentation and that proper warranty procedures have been followed.
You will be responsible for confirming warranty parts have been collected for storing
• Implementing Quality Control Programs:
Formulate and maintain quality control objectives, coordinate with other managers, and implement programs to mitigate defects and improve processes.
Identify areas for improvement.
• Customer Interaction:
When required, you may deal directly with customers to address quality concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Process Improvement:
You will be required to recognize needed process improvements and implement them to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Documentation:
Ensure that all necessary documentation is completed and maintained, including repair orders
