Your Recent Role
The AFG Partnership Management team in WA and SA is seeking a proactive and service-focused Partnership Support Manager to assist with a portfolio of Mortgage Brokers in their day-to-day requirements.
This role is based in our contemporary Perth office.
You will develop strong, long-lasting relationships with our small business owners, finance brokers and other industry partners, to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive strategic initiatives.
You will also:
Assist the Partnership Manager by handling incoming correspondence, setting up group training sessions and material and arranging appointments as needed.
Liaise with the Partnership Manager and other sales staff in your state team, keeping them informed and up to date with all information affecting their portfolio.
Support the recruitment function in WA and SA, as directed by the State Manager – WA and SA and work closely with the Partnership Managers to support the onboarding of newly recruited members and loan writers.
Organise local broker events across WA and SA, as planned by the State Manager, supporting panel engagement at a state level.
Manage state registers and administrative systems for the state, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.
Liaise and assist other AFG teams to ensure successful outcomes for your portfolio of brokers.
Provide outstanding customer experiences to all stakeholders and members in WA and SA.
Assist the Partnership Manager with the performance of broker portfolios, with sales and growth targets covering all line of business.
Work with the Mortgage Brokers to establish relationships with all AFG support services available to them.
Actively promote AFG products to brokers to help grow these volumes within WA and SA.
Assist in the development and delivery of professional development and education sessions and business/industry training.
Attend and represent AFG at industry functions as needed.

Have a positive "can do" attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
Be able to work independently and, at the same time, be a team player.
Have demonstrated experience in an administrative and/or customer service role,
with a strong track record of accuracy and reliability.
Experience in the brokerage/finance industry is not essential but would be highly regarded.
