About the role
We are currently looking for the best receptionist to the South-East of Melbourne.

The successful candidate(s) will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service to our patients and contribute positively to our wider team.
Regardless of experience, we will teach them everything they need to know from scratch.
All we seek to start with is a positive attitude, punctuality and a natural gift to communicate clearly.

Key responsibilities
These will be outlined during the onboarding process, however the main focus is to:
Greet patients warmly and ensure their utmost comfort during their visit
Handle a high-volume of inbound calls
Coordinate patient scheduling, follow-up appointments and communication
Strive for a 100% filled appointment book for today and tomorrow
Multitask like a legend and enjoy time moving fast at work
Qualifications & experience
A confident, well-presented communicator – your people skills will make our clinic famous
Very organised, multitasking extraordinaire with initiative
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general I.T.
Available weekdays during our trading hours, 8am- 6:30pm
Ideally, some dental or medical experience – although not essential
Creative and able to assist in the delivery of social media content
