As a result of continued work winning, our Perth-based site investigation team is looking to bring on experienced geotechnical professionals.
Specifically, you will step into a
Principal Geotechnical Engineer/ Principal Engineering Geologist
role, acting as a technical authority within our consultancy.
You will lead site investigation (SI) projects in Western Australia, working on a diverse portfolio ranging from inner-city buildings and infrastructure to remote projects in the energy and mining space.
About You
Qualified Geotechnical Engineer, Civil Engineer or Engineering Geologist with 15+ years' experience in a geotechnical consulting environment
Strong experience in scoping, design and executing onshore and nearshore geotechnical investigations
Ability to interpret raw field data, propose lab testing regimes and assess complex ground models to deliver high quality interpretive reports




Act as the primary technical contact for Clients from proposal to delivery stage
Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring and developing junior engineers and engineering geologists
Strong analytical capability with working knowledge of geotechnical software such as Plaxis, Rocscience, RSPile, Settle3, Leapfrog
Excellent organisation and communication skills, both written and verbal
High attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, quality work
Collaborative, team-focused approach with the ability to build trusted relationships with colleagues and clients
Full Australian working rights; permanent residency or citizenship is preferred
