Canex has an opportunity for 10 x Casual Hospitality and general Handypersons and Gardeners - Cairns, Port Douglas and surrounding regions, North Queensland.Roles and TasksFurniture removalist workCleaning, general maintenance, gardening and mowingLight general labouringFor this exciting role you must have a good level of physical fitness, as you are often on your feet and active for the majority of your shift.RequirementsReady and able to work long shifts (10+ hours a day)Be flexible in your approach to workA excellent attitude with your workBe neat in tidyBe able to work alone or part of a team.Full training will provided.You will be required to work an average of 30hours per week.The term of work will be from August **** to May ****You will be paid either under the Hospitality Industry (General) Award (MA******), the Amusement, Events and Recreation Award (MA******), General Retail Industry Award (MA******) or the Restaurant Industry Award (MA******)



or Registered and Licensed Clubs Award (MA******).
The work will range in pay from an ordinary rate of Level 1 to level 3 $*****/hr up to $40+ hrWorking hours will vary from anywhere from 6am to 11pm, 7 days per week.Overtime rates will be paid where applicableUpskilling & additional allowances may also be paid if you were trained in extra tasks.In order to be considered please provide a cover letter.Please state your right to work in Australia - E.g.
