The Role
We are looking for an Inventory Assistant to join our warehouse team, working from our brand new Support Office Warehouse in Coomera.
Working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, this role plays a critical part in ensuring our inventory is accurate, organised, and efficiently managed.
You will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels, receipting inbound stock, investigating discrepancies, supporting stock movement throughout the warehouse, and contributing to continuous process improvements.
Working closely with our Warehouse Leadership Team, Fulfilment Team and Purchasing Team,



you will help maintain inventory integrity while ensuring products are stored, rotated, replenished, and accurately recorded within our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Key Responsibilities
Accurately receipt inbound stock from suppliers into the warehouseCoordinate and support outbound stock movementsProcess inventory transactions, stock adjustments, and maintain accurate inventory records within the Warehouse Management System (WMS)Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and stock variancesReview and process supplier invoices, ensuring accurate inventory adjustments where requiredMonitor inventory movements and escalate stock shortages or inventory issues where appropriateManage warehouse stock locations to support effective product movement, picking efficiency and warehouse utilisationSupport new product onboarding, product location changes, and obsolete stock managementMaintain stock storage standards, stock rotation, and shelf replenishment processesSupport stocktakes, scheduled inventory counts, and inventory reconciliation activitiesAssist with inventory-related issues including short supply, damaged, expired, obsolete and quarantined stockEnsure inventory documentation is accurate, complete, and maintained in accordance with company proceduresAnalyse inventory levels and identify opportunities to improve inventory processes and warehouse efficiencyCollaborate with Warehouse, Fulfilment and Purchasing teams to investigate inventory enquiries and implement process improvementsPromote and maintain a safe working environment, following all Health,



Safety and Compliance proceduresWear required PPE and complete hazard and incident reporting as required
About You
Attitude matters – we love a positive attitude and a natural drive to enjoy the journey every dayPrevious inventory control, warehouse, logistics or stock management experience preferredExperience with inventory receipting, stock reconciliation and inventory controlKnowledge of inventory management methods and techniquesExperience working in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environmentExceptional attention to detail and accuracyStrong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsWell organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise effectivelyReliable, accountable and team focusedStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to build positive relationships across teams and with suppliersResults-focused with a continuous improvement mindsetWorking knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory software and databasesCurrent Forklift (LF) Licence preferredPassionate about Nutrition Warehouse and our brands
