About the role
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will oversee a team of 5–6 warehouse staff while remaining actively involved in day-to-day warehouse operations.
This is a true working Team Lead role where you will coordinate tasks, maintain workflow efficiency, and ensure safety and quality standards are consistently met.
Key responsibilities
Lead and support a small warehouse team across daily operations
Coordinate receiving,



picking, packing, dispatch, and replenishment activities
Operate forklifts and LO equipment where required
Ensure stock is handled accurately and safely
Monitor productivity and help drive continuous improvement initiatives
Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a warehouse team leader or senior warehouse role
Experience across all core warehousing functions
LO Licence or
willingness to obtain one
Current forklift experience and licence preferred
Strong communication and organisational skills
A proactive, reliable, and team-focused attitude
Commitment to workplace safety and operational standards
