Y Victoria is currently seeking a permanent Coordinator for our Before & After School Care service and School Holiday Programs at St Monica's Primary - Kangaroo Flat.
This is a permanent part-time position (32.5 hours per week) working Monday to Friday, with ample administration time.The hourly rate for the position is $40 (ACECQA approved Diploma or equivalent) or $46 p/hour (ACECQA Approved Degree or equivalent) + ECEC retention payment + 12% super.OSHC Coordinators are responsible for:Overseeing the daily operations and strategic development and growth of the program;Working with the Regional OSHC Coordinator to identify and respond to service improvement opportunities;Creating a positive relationship with the school, families, local community groups and contract partners;Managing a team of educators who support you in operating a high quality and fun Outside of School Hours Care programWhat's in it for me?
