This position will require you to work casualongoing, full-time hours Monday to Friday.Hours and Remuneration7:30am-3:30pm (Mon-Fri)optional to work Thursday-Monday (alternative hours)$35-$36 per hourResponsibilities:Accurate and timely 'picking' of components as well as assembly and production work in a manufacturing environmentReceiving and high reach forklift operatingReceive and process inventory (unload, label,
store)Dispatch duties and receivingRF scanningThoroughly inspect inventory for any damage and discrepanciesTo be successful:Must have High Risk Work LicenceMust have High Reach Forklift Driving ExperienceRF scanning experience or equivalent (MUST HAVE!)Drivers license would be idealUnderstand weight distribution for loading / unloading trucksStrong communication skills - can relate to people from different cultural backgrounds.Excellent attention to detail.Comfortable working independently as well as in a team.Able to accurately complete paperwork.Able to work with minimal supervision.Flexible, enthusiastic and ability to use initiativeAble to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.Comfortable performing routine, repetitive tasks.Able to lift and move heavy objects - positive physical fitness required.Able to stand for extended periods.Good numeracy and mechanical aptitudeWorking knowledge of process environmentsExperience in a similar position, within the lighting or a related industry, desirable.Experience with operating machinery, forkliftsYou will receive on the job training, join a family atmosphere and trusting environment.In return for your dedication and hard work, you will be provided ongoing stable employment and be part of an excellent work culture.Additional informationFull Time Hours - Mon-FriExcellent environment - Training providedASAP start - Kwinana Beach Location
