About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Administration Officer to join our team on a full-time basis.
As the face of our office, you will provide reception and administrative support across the business, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our corporate office.
This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service, and has excellent organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a professional reception service and act as the first point of contact for visitors, contractors and suppliers.
Answer and direct telephone calls, manage office emails, mail and courier deliveries.
Provide administrative support to management and employees across the organisation.
Calendar Management in Outlook for the Team.
Maintain electronic filing systems, SharePoint, records and databases.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes and manage meeting rooms.
Support workplace safety administration, including the collection and maintenance of safety forms, assisting with safety meetings, maintaining safety records and supporting general WHS administrative requirements.
Arrange travel, accommodation, vehicle hire and support company events.
Process purchase orders, invoices, expenses and credit card reconciliations.
Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
Assist with employee onboarding,



medical bookings, training administration and personnel records.
Prepare correspondence, reports and general documentation.
Ensure office procedures, records and administrative processes are maintained efficiently and in accordance with company requirements.
About You
You will be a highly organised administration professional with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
To be successful, you will have:
Minimum 5 years' experience in an administration or office support role.
Experience within the mining, exploration or resources industry (desirable).
Experience supporting workplace health and safety administration (desirable).
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook).
Experience with SharePoint, Xero and ApprovalMax.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Professional presentation and customer service focus.
High level of accuracy, discretion and confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team.
Certificate III or IV in Business Administration (or equivalent experience).
Current Australian Driver's Licence.
