About the Role
This is a hands-on field service position supporting mining operations across WA.
You will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing drill rigs and a range of heavy mining equipment in the field.
Key responsibilities include:
Performing scheduled preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability




Diagnosing mechanical faults and carrying out timely repairs
Troubleshooting performance issues and identifying effective solutions
Assessing machinery condition to ensure optimal operation
Maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards
Collaborating with team members to maximise equipment uptime and site productivity
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Strong experience in mining equipment and maintenance
Proven ability to diagnose and repair mechanical faults
Hands-on experience with heavy equipment or mining machinery
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
A strong understanding of safety requirements within mining or heavy industry environments
Relevant trade qualifications (e.g. Heavy Duty Mechanic or equivalent)
Previous mining experience (highly regarded)
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
