About the Role
This is much more than answering phones and emails.
You'll become a trusted point of contact for our customers by:
· Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email.
· Preparing quotations, processing sales orders and purchase orders.




· Providing technical product advice and solutions.
· Building long-term customer relationships
· Working with our trade counter staff, warehouse and workshop teams
· Learning our products and becoming an industry expert.
· Assisting on the trade counter during busy periods or when required.
About you - You'll fit in well if you:
· Have experience in industrial hose & fittings (preferred but not essential)
· Enjoy building relationships with customers
· Communicate confidently over the phone and in email
· Can stay organised when things get busy
· Have positive computer skills (Outlook & Excel)
· Have excellent attention to detail.
· Like working in a close-knit team
· Have initiative and enjoy solving problems
· Take pride in providing outstanding customer service
