We're looking for a confident, organised and switched-on Receptionist to become one of the first points of contact for potential Two Gloves customers.
This isn't a role where you'll simply answer the phone and transfer calls.
You'll speak with customers, understand what they need, work out whether Two Gloves is the right fit and book qualified appointments for our Estimators.
About the Role
You'll be a key part of our administration and sales support team, helping keep our Estimators' calendars full and our customers informed.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Answering inbound phone calls and customer enquiries
Making approximately 30 outbound calls each day to potential customers who have enquired about our services
Asking the right questions to understand the customer's project
Qualifying whether the job is suitable for Two Gloves
Booking site visits with our Estimators
Managing appointment calendars and updating customer information
Following up customers when required
Turning estimator notes into clear, professional quotes
Sending quotes and assisting with customer questions
Helping move suitable projects from enquiry through to approval
Supporting the wider administration and estimating team
At the end of the day, you'll head home knowing you've kept the wheels turning — speaking with customers, locking in estimator visits and helping gardening and landscaping projects get underway.
This is a full-time position with work available immediately.
Full training will be provided.
About You
You don't need to know everything about gardening and landscaping on day one,



but you do need to be comfortable speaking with people.
You'll be someone who:
Is confident making and receiving phone calls
Can hold a friendly, natural and skilled conversation
Is comfortable making approximately 30 outbound calls per day
Listens carefully and asks useful follow-up questions
Can quickly determine whether a customer's project is suitable
Is organised and able to manage multiple appointments and enquiries
Communicates clearly in writing
Takes pride in accurate, well-presented work
Is reliable, proactive and willing to learn
Can work well as part of a busy and supportive team
Previous experience in reception, customer service, appointment setting, sales administration or a trade-based business would be highly regarded.
You may have previously sent quotes, booked appointments for tradespeople or supported a sales team.
Perhaps you have even run your own small business.
Experience is valuable, but attitude, communication skills and reliability will matter just as much.
About Two Gloves
Two Gloves is a professional gardening and landscaping company servicing customers across Perth.
Our Estimators visit potential customers, discuss their projects and prepare quotes for gardening and landscaping work.
Our field crews then complete those projects with the support of a strong office and administration team.
You'll be working alongside our other administration team members and Estimators, with support from a genuinely friendly field crew.
