As the first point of contact for our business, you will play a vital role in creating a positive experience for our clients, builders, suppliers and visitors while helping to keep our office running efficiently.

About the Role
As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming clients, visitors, builders and suppliers in a qualified and friendly manner
Answering, screening and directing incoming phone calls and enquiries
Assisting customers visiting our showroom
Managing incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries and correspondence
Scheduling site measures and installation appointments
Coordinating installation schedules with customers and builders
Performing general administrative duties including data entry, filing and document management
Assisting with invoicing and administrative reporting
Ordering and maintaining office supplies and consumables
Maintaining the presentation of reception, showroom and shared office areas
Providing administrative support across various departments
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be:

Skills & Experience
Ideally, you will have:
Experience in a receptionist, administration or customer service role (preferred but not essential)
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
Strong organisational and administrative abilities
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
A professional attitude and presentation
A positive work ethic with integrity, honesty and commitment
