About the Role
Peace is looking for a team-oriented Boarding Supervisor to join our Boarding team.
Boarding Supervisor positions are highly suited to individuals who are passionate about actively engaging with young people in a culturally diverse environment and understand the importance of providing a supportive and caring environment for our students who are living away from home.




Duties include the supervision of boarding students and assisting the boarders where required in the homework program.
The successful applicant must demonstrate a capacity and willingness to engage with the Christian ethos of our College.

Criteria
Current working with children Blue Card, or be able to obtain prior to commencementCurrent Senior First Aid certificate, or ability to obtainCurrent driver's licenseUnderstanding of child protection policies and procedures.Experiencewithin aboardingcommunityor with adolescents in a similar setting preferredDemonstrated ability to manage, motivate and developstudentsExcellent manner in liaising with staff, students, parents and the wider College communityStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsAbility to work as part of a team and independentlyWillingness to engage with the Christian ethos of our College.
