We are committed to build a workshop to meet our customers' satisfaction and trust.We are currently seeking an experienced Motor Mechanic (General) to join our team.Applicants must have a relevant trade qualification and at least 2 years' post-qualification experience as a Mechanic.Duties will include:Perform scheduled vehicle servicing in accordance with manufacturer specificationsDrain and replace engine oil and install current oil filtersConduct comprehensive vehicle safety and condition inspectionsInspect and test vehicle lighting systemsCheck windscreen wiper operation and replace/report worn wiper blades as requiredInspect brake systems, including brake fluid, pads,



rotors and handbrake operationPressure test cooling systems and assess coolant conditionIdentify and report engine bay oil leaksInspect steering, suspension and bush components for wear or damageCheck driveline oil conditionInspect and assess drive belts for wear and correct operationInspect tyres for tread depth, condition and correct tyre pressuresTest battery condition, charging system and starting system performanceReset vehicle service reminders following completed servicingIdentify faults and recommend any additional repairs or maintenance required to ensure vehicle safety and reliabilityA salary of $78,000 - $80,000 will be offered to the successful candidate.Sponsorship may be available to the right candidate.
