As a respected not-for-profit organisation, we're transforming the experience of ageing through collaboration, new ideas and investment in people and services.The RoleWe are seeking Expressions of Interest for Domestic Assistants to join our Community, Health and Care team supporting clients over the age of 65 across the Gippsland Region.Our Assistantsprovide one-on-one support to help older Victorians live comfortably and independently in their own homeshelp clients stay connected and engaged socially and with the things they enjoyhelp clients feel supported by assisting with daily activities such as general cleaning and meal preparationThis is a great prospect for people wanting to start working as a Care Worker without a qualification.We offer permanent part time contracts for a minimum of 10 hours per fortnight.
We then offer shifts based on client needs and your location / availability.We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest only at this stage, and will review applications once we have a vacancy suitable to your location.About YouA genuine passion for caring and ability to build rapport with clientsRespect for all, regardless of background, gender, age, religion, race, or sexual orientationYour own vehicle, current drivers' licence, and comprehensive car insurance, to drive between clients' homes and drive clients as requiredWillingness to travel between clients, sometimes up to 3 clients per day,



and up to 30 minutes between clientsA reasonable amount of availability, at least 3 days per weekAll persons at Benetas will need to have or obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Clearance to be eligible for employment or engagement.
