home and telehealth settings.In This Role You WillConduct psychological assessments and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventionsDevelop person-centred therapy plans aligned with participant goalsDeliver services across community, home and telehealth environmentsCollaborate with families, educators, health professionals and support networksPrepare high-quality clinical documentation and reportsParticipate in clinical supervision, peer collaboration and ongoing professional developmentContribute to a supportive, values-driven team culture focused on quality outcomesWho We're Looking ForCurrent General Registration as a Psychologist with AHPRAStrong communication, clinical reasoning and organisational skillsPassion for supporting people across the lifespanExperience working within disability, community or mental health settings (desirable)Commitment to evidence-based, person-centred practiceCurrent driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicleNDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check and relevant compliance checks (or willingness to obtain)Grow Your Psychology Career with AvinaAvina offers the support, flexibility and collaborative environment to help you thrive while making a meaningful difference in the lives of the people and communities we support.
