UNE Partnerships are seeking a Student Services Officer to join our team in Armidale.

We take great pride in the success of our students and we make a genuine commitment to helping our clients and corporate partners achieve the same.OpportunityAs our Student Services Officer, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and ensuring our students' enquiries are responded to promptly and effectively.You'll thrive in this role if you are proactive, detail oriented and love working in a agile team!
What we offerPermanent employment with job securityWork type: Full timeFlexible hybrid working - WFH Mondays and Fridays, on-site collaboration Tuesday-ThursdayWhat you'll be doingProviding high-quality administrative and student support servicesProcessing student enrolments, attendance, course progress, and records in compliance with RTO StandardsAssisting students with course information, timetabling and general enquiriesSupporting trainers and academic staff with administrative tasksMaintaining student files, databases and documentation accurately and efficientlyCoordinating orientation, graduation and other student engagement activitiesLiaising with internal departments and external stakeholders as requiredAbout youWe're looking for someone who has:Strong administrative experience with high attention to detailClear, confident verbal and written communication skills across all platformsDemonstrated reliability and ability to work independently while balancing team collaborationExcellent organisational skills,
