We're looking for aQuality & Environment Leader to join Little Creatures Geelong on a Permanent Full-Time basis.This isn't a role for someone who wants to sit behind a desk all day.
You'll be out on the brewery floor, partnering with brewing, packaging and engineering teams, solving problems, coaching people and making sure every beer that reaches our customers is something we're proud to put our name on.If you love building capability, challenging the status quo and creating a culture where quality is everyone's responsibility, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Be DoingAs a member of our Site Leadership Team, you'll lead the brewery's Quality & Environment function while helping shape the future of our site.You'll BeLead quality, food safety and environmental performance across the brewery.Coach and develop a high-performing technical team.Partner with brewing, packaging and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement.Champion quality systems, food safety and environmental compliance.Lead audits, investigations and improvement initiatives that make a real difference.About YouYou don't need to know everything on day one—but you'll bring the passion, technical knowledge and leadership to make a real impact.You'll Likely HaveExperience leading quality, food safety or technical teams within manufacturing, brewing or FMCG.A solid understanding of quality systems, HACCP,



food safety and environmental management.A team-oriented leadership style - you enjoy coaching others and bringing people on the journey.Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.The confidence to influence stakeholders at every level, from operators to senior leaders.A qualification in Science, Food Technology, Brewing, Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.Ready to join the crew?
