About The RoleOur Corporate Finance team is one of Australia's leading turnaround, restructuring and insolvency practices, with a market-leading track record delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients and their key stakeholders.
We work with corporates, financiers and other key stakeholders with a highly commercial mindset to deliver results.What You'll DoAs a Restructuring & Insolvency Graduate, you will focus on our clients' strategic, operational, financial and capital needs by addressing the full spectrum of financial and transactional challenges faced by corporations, boards, private equity sponsors, creditor constituencies and other stakeholders.Your responsibilities are likely to involve:Helping with trading on a business that is for example under Administration, tasks may include processing banking transactions,



managing employees and reporting to creditorsHelping with running a process for the sale of a companies business and/or its assetsHelping with the preparation of and attending creditors meetingsAssisting with conducting investigations into the demise of companies and compiling reports to ASIC and creditors as to the affairs of companiesLiaising with stakeholders including regulatory bodies, suppliers, customers and lendersFinancial modelling to be used in reports such as financial due diligence and business reviewsWorking to optimise working capital to release additional cash in companiesAssisting in business transformation strategies of the client including business process and reporting improvementsHow You'll GrowAssigned buddy and coach to ensure a smooth transition to working lifeOn-the-job training and coachingSupport in undertaking an appropriate accounting qualification such as CAThe chance to work onsite with clients and stakeholdersThe opportunity to participate in business development and marketing activitiesWhat You'll Need to SucceedAccounting degree or Finance degree with accounting subjects and an interest in obtaining a CA qualificationSoft skills, such as empathy and respect:
