Latrobe Regional Health in Gippsland seeks an Oncology Clinical Coordinator – Frailty Screening Project to join the Chemotherapy team on a 0.4 EFT, fixed-term basis for 12 months.The role leads the implementation and evaluation of a nurse-led frailty screening and geriatric assessment program within the Oncology Service, coordinating education, referrals, data collection and quality improvement activities to establish a sustainable, frailty-informed model of cancer care.
