KSB is a leading global pump manufacturer with manufacturing and sales branches throughout Australia.An exciting prospect has arisen for an Internal Sales / Application Engineer to join our SalesTeam working from our Hope Valley Office.The position willassist topromote our complete range of products across all market sectors.
This role will provide complete support to the external sales team and customers.Some of the duties and responsibilities of the position are:Maintaining and strengthening current relationships with key customersTendering, quoting,
order entry and processing of ordersCustomer response in relation to delivery enquiriesProviding technical advice to customers and assist with early selection of suitable pumps / equipment and designsIdentify new project opportunitiesFollowing-up on outstanding projects and quotesOther tasks as directedWorking as a team to achieve branch and overall company goalsTo be successful in this role you will need the following attributes:Previous experience within the pumping industry or engineered products industry would be preferredTender / quote, bid preparation and submission knowledgeExcellent presentation and negotiation skillsThe ability to work unsupervisedStrong work ethics and an understanding of corporate requirementsThe ideal applicant will have demonstrated internal sales experience within the pumping industry including knowledge and know-how of accurately and professionally prepare tendersand quotes.
