The Ville Resort-Casino is seeking customer-focused VIP Drivers to join our VIP Services Concierge team on a casual basis.
This is an opportunity to become part of one of North Queensland's leading luxury hospitality teams, providing professional transportation and personalised service to valued VIP members, executives, entertainers and special guests.
The Role
As a VIP Driver, you will provide secure, reliable and professional transportation while delivering the high standard of hospitality our guests expect.
Working closely with our VIP Hosts and Concierge team, you will ensure every journey is comfortable, seamless and memorable, whether collecting guests from the airport, transferring them between venues or assisting with special events.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing safe, courteous and professional transportation for VIP guests.
Delivering exceptional customer service with warmth, discretion and attention to detail.
Assisting guests with luggage and personal belongings.
Maintaining immaculate presentation of company vehicles through cleaning, detailing and routine pre-start inspections.
Monitoring traffic conditions and planning efficient routes to ensure guests arrive on time.
Working collaboratively with VIP Hosts, Concierge and Hotel Operations to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
About You
You are passionate about customer service and understand that every interaction contributes to the overall guest experience.
You'll also have:
Previous experience as a professional driver, chauffeur or in executive transportation (highly regarded).
An unrestricted manual Class C driver's licence with an excellent driving record.
A Heavy Rigid (HR) licence is advantageous.




Impeccable personal presentation and professionalism.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Excellent knowledge of local roads, traffic conditions and alternate routes.
A genuine commitment to safety, discretion and guest privacy.
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and public holidays
