About the OpportunityBased in Forrestdale, Western Australia, a current rare and exciting chance is available for a hands on Logistics and Distribution Coordinator to join our team.Reporting to the DC Manager, this position is responsible for coordinating the day to day operations of the logistics team on shift.With leadership, proactivity and energy, you need to make sure that customer service is delivered whilst ensuring safety, quality and efficiency is met.Key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:Coordinate daily shift operations and stakeholder communication.Deliver on-time, in-full customer service and dispatch performance.Manage labour resources and workforce coverage across shifts.Lead performance, training, and communication through toolbox talks and meetings.Ensure compliance with quality, safety, GMP, and company procedures.Monitor inventory, reporting,
