The NSW Field team is excited to offer a unique opportunity to work directly with our Restaurant Owners/Operators, playing a key role in driving performance across sales, QSC, profitability, and people development.
In this dynamic role, you'll also support the growth of our team members, empowering them to contribute to the success of the Australian 'Plan'.
What can you expect on a day-to-day basis?
Championing McDonald's Brand Standards across QSC, safety, and people practicesPartnering with Owner/Operators to drive operational excellence, strategic growth, and long-term business planningIdentifying opportunities and risks, providing actionable insights to optimise market potentialLeading improvement initiatives and support reinvestment strategies including new builds, remodels, and equipment upgradesFacilitating Owner/Operator reviews and consult on organisational structure and financial viabilityCollaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new initiatives and support restaurant successPromoting local marketing plans and ensure effective execution of new platforms and productsSupporting training and development of registered applicants and assist with policy rolloutsYour keys to success:Previous or current McDonald's Restaurant Management experience (preferred)Strong relationship-building skills with both Owner/Operators and internal teamsStrategic thinker with the ability to see the bigger picture and consult across all business levelsProactive and self-motivated, with a knack for identifying and solving problems using data-driven insightsConfident communicator who can influence, challenge thinking, and lead meaningful conversationsOrganised and adaptable,
