As we work towards becoming Australia and New Zealand's first choice for poultry, we're investing in our people and our future — starting with a strong, hands‐on maintenance team.As an integral part of our Maintenance team at our Primary Processing Plant in Bolivar, you'll provide operational support and deliver planned preventative maintenance that keeps our equipment — and our people — running at their best.

and wellbeing come firstDaily tasksAttending to repairs and breakdowns of production machinery in a timely mannerExecuting preventative and routine maintenance procedures to improve efficiency and reliabilityLiaising with the production team to effectively plan and prioritise work to accommodate production requirements and available resourcesAssisting in developing and introducing maintenance programs to support all internal stakeholdersWorking autonomously and within a team environmentUpholding safety to the highest degree, for yourself and your colleaguesSustaining and driving quality solutions in an HACCP environmentActively seeking opportunities to improve operations performance, system reliability, and reduce overall downtimePlanning and designing projects for recent installations and equipment modification and redesignEnsuring the execution of safety standards and quality assurance practices in all repairs and maintenance activitiesIdentifying and escalating Animal Welfare, Food Safety & Quality issuesWhat you'll bringExperience servicing, repairing, and maintaining equipment including automated machinery, conveyors, and more, in an industrial manufacturing environment — preferably primary food processing or food and beverageExperience with gear-driven systems and conveyor beltsFault‐finding experience across hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systemsA demonstrated commitment to occupational health and safety practicesBasic fabrication skillsExperience in both breakdown and preventive maintenanceSound interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with key stakeholdersStrong attention to detail and problem‐solving skills, with the ability to multitaskExperience with Maximo or similar CMMS (advantageous, not essential)The ability to work unsupervised and as part of a teamIf you're curious‐minded, caring, courageous, and committed to making a difference, Ingham's wants you on the team — people who bring their best every day so we can keep delivering food that's Always Good.
