This role works closely with the Lead Estimator and Project Coordinator to ensure accurate pricing and smooth project execution.ResponsibilitiesEstimating SupportSolicit, compile, and level subcontractor bidsReview plans and specifications for scope gapsAssist in preparing cost estimates and bid packagesSupport value engineering and scope analysisProject Management SupportAssist in managing multiple projects simultaneouslyTrack schedules, submittals, and material deliveriesCoordinate with subcontractors and vendorsSupport RFIs, change orders,
