If you're ready to step up into leadership or looking to start your career in the automotive industry - this is your chance to learn, lead, and grow with a trusted retail brand.As the Assistant Manager, you'll be working closely with the Store Manager, playing a hands‐on leadership role - supporting daily operations, driving sales results, and developing a customer‐focused team that takes pride in getting it right.What You'll Be Responsible ForAs Assistant Store Manager, you will support and contribute to:Creating a safe, positive and well‐run store environmentDriving sales by promoting products, upselling, and meeting sales targetsAssisting customers with automotive parts and accessories adviceCoaching,



motivating and developing team members on the shop floorAssisting with inventory, stock control and deliveriesSupporting the Store Manager in day‐to‐day operational leadershipTaking responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store ManagerQualificationsWho we're looking forYou'll bring a solid retail mindset and a genuine desire to lead and grow people.
Ideally, you'll have:Experience in a retail leadership or assistant management roleExcellent customer service skills with a proven ability to drive sales and achieve KPIsAbility to coach and motivate a teamExperience with inventory, stock management and store operationsExperience in retail (essential) or automotive industry (advantageous but not essential)A positive, hands‐on attitude and a willingness to keep learning and developingAdditional InformationWhy work for us?
