Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, you'll play a key role in clinical leadership, team development, workforce growth and service excellence.What You'll Do:Lead, mentor and develop a team of provisional and registered psychologistsConduct regular 1:1s, performance conversations and professional development planningSupport clinician onboarding, engagement, retention and career growthProvide clinical supervision, report reviews and practice guidanceDrive clinical quality, service delivery outcomes and team performanceManage a reduced clinical caseload while maintaining robust clinical practiceFoster a positive, collaborative and high-performing team cultureWhy LiveBig?
