We are an inbound Contact Centre primarily responsible for the sales and service of CIL Insurance and Essentials by AAI Insurance.
We are looking for passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our team in Adelaide.
We are a driven team that has a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service through our brands.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Customer Service Representative, you are focused on ensuring our customers feel valued when they contact our team.
Your role is to connect our customers with products and services that meet their needs and protect their assets.
You will enjoy achieving KPIs while delivering exceptional service, speaking with customers over the phone and using your initiative to understand their needs and provide solutions.Skills & ExperienceProven experience and passion for delivering brilliant customer serviceAbility to use initiative and possess robust problem-solving skillsBe resilient and able to manage difficult situations positivelyA high level of attention to detailInsurance experience is not required (we can teach you that).

Shift PatternsWe operate Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 5.30pm, and Saturday, 8.30am to 4.30pm (ACST).
Therefore,



you must be available to work a rotating roster across this span of hours.
