and contact the enquires person for further information.About the roleThe Administrative Assistant supports a multi-disciplinary team by providing high-level admin and reception services,
maintaining accurate records and booking lists, managing outpatient clinic bookings, and improving departmental efficiency through effective systems and processes.Key duties of the roleProvide a front-line reception service to the departmentProvide appropriate support to patients, relatives and visitors and appropriately direct telephone calls and inquiriesEnsure that enquiries regarding patient welfare are dealt with promptly by directing enquiries to relevant nursing or medical staffReceive and process referrals.Maintain confidential patient Unit RecordsSkills and ExperiencePrevious administrative / clerical experience.Experience with the use of windows and Microsoft Office productsExperience in dealing with a wide range of organisations and senior staff membersAbility to deal with situations, staff and patients with maturity and empathyWork effectively within a team environment.Enquiries can be directed toAmy SimekActing Admin Lead Manager********,The South Australian public sector promotes diversity and flexible ways of working part-time.
