Whether you're commencing your career or have recently completed a relevant qualification, you'll be supported by experienced Health and Safety professionals while developing practical skills in construction safety management.For trainees, BMD will support your studies towards a Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (or similar qualification) while you earn a competitive salary and gain real-world experience on site.
This role combines structured learning, mentoring and on-the-job development, creating a pathway towards future Safety Advisor and Health & Safety leadership opportunities.Key AccountabilitiesSupport the implementation and maintenance of project health and safety management systemsAssist with site inspections, audits, risk assessments and safety observationsParticipate in toolbox talks, safety meetings and site safety walksAssist with incident reporting,
