and make a genuine impact on the growth of the business.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow an established portfolio of customersDevelop new business opportunities across Melbourne and regional VictoriaBuild solid relationships with builders, contractors, developers, and other industry stakeholdersConduct regular customer visits and site meetingsIdentify opportunities to increase market share and drive brand awarenessGenerate sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive business development activityMaintain a healthy sales pipeline and customer engagement planWork collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomesMaintain accurate CRM records and sales activity reportingAbout You1-3 years' experience within the building and construction industryExposure to building materials, construction products, manufacturing, trades, or a related sectorExperience in a customer-facing role such as internal sales, trade sales, customer service, account management, estimating, project coordination, or similarStrong communication and relationship-building skillsOrganised, process-driven, and capable of managing your time effectivelyA proactive attitude and willingness to learnComfortable working autonomously and spending time on the road meeting customersA genuine desire to build a long-term career in sales and business developmentMandarin language skills highly regarded but not essentialMost importantly, you're someone who enjoys developing genuine relationships and understands that long-term success comes from consistently delivering value to customers.What's On Offer?
