Registered Nurses
The Opportunity:
We have permanent opportunities for a number of Registered Nurses to join our Anglican Care aged care service at Mirrabooka Place - Gloucester NSW.
You will have the ability to act as a team leader and mentor at ward level, participating in effective teamwork and maintaining communication with colleagues to promote collaboration and facilitate the coordination of person centred care.
Your solid interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills will prove invaluable as you work collaboratively with a range of staff.
We can offer a supported relocation package + incentive payments at 6 months and 12 months to the successful candidate.

Week 1;

Role & Responsibilities:
Experience in palliative care, knowledge ofAN-ACC and providing high quality care of the ageing people
Demonstrated experience in leadership of employees
Excellent time management, an ability to work effectively as an individual and within a team
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Current Drivers Licence
About you?
Registered Nurse with current registration under the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Proven ability to deliver person centre care that respects the dignity and worth of the individual.
Current Senior First Aid Certificate (ongoing requirement)
Able to work effectively as an individual and as part of a team
National Police Check (Newcastle Anglican will consider the relevance of any reported outcomes)
