About the Opportunity
Join NT PHN in a senior technology leadership role responsible for the delivery of reliable, secure and cost-effective technology services across the organisation.
The Technology Manager will provide oversight of technology operations, infrastructure and vendor services, while acting as the organisational lead for the implementation and ongoing management of information security controls aligned with ISO ***** standards.
Through strong service delivery, risk and compliance management, this role supports a stable technology environment that enables organisational performance, security and continuous improvement.
About You
You are an experienced technology leader with a strong background in IT operations, infrastructure management, technology service delivery and information security governance.
You bring practical operational leadership, sound judgement and the ability to work closely with internal stakeholders, managed service providers and vendors to deliver secure, reliable and fit-for-purpose technology services.
• Knowledge or training equivalent to a relevant postgraduate degree and/or an equivalent combination of relevant experience, education and training in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in IT operations, infrastructure management and/or technology service delivery roles.
• Demonstrated experience implementing and operating within information security frameworks, including ISO *****.
• Experience supporting or achieving ISO ***** accreditation, including implementation of security controls and audit readiness.
• Robust understanding of infrastructure, networks, cloud services and enterprise systems.
• Experience managing vendors and service providers, including performance and service levels.
• Knowledge of cyber security principles, risk management and incident response processes.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and problem-solving skills, with familiarity with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL highly regarded.
About the Role
This role leads the operational delivery of technology services and information security controls, ensuring NT PHN's systems, services and infrastructure are reliable, secure and aligned with organisational requirements.




Key priorities include:
• Providing onsite oversight of day-to-day technology operations, ensuring systems, services and infrastructure are reliable, secure and aligned with organisational requirements.
• Acting as the organisational owner for information security operational controls, ensuring alignment with ISO ***** standards and ongoing compliance requirements.
• Leading and coordinating activities to achieve and maintain ISO ***** accreditation, including implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of security controls and practices.
• Managing and coordinating Managed Service Providers and technology vendors, ensuring performance, security compliance and value for money in line with contractual obligations.
• Overseeing infrastructure and architecture, including networks, systems and cloud environments, ensuring they are secure, resilient and compliant with organisational and security standards.
• Monitoring service performance and managing Service Level Expectations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and timely resolution of issues.
• Supporting cyber security operations by overseeing risk management, vulnerability management and security monitoring activities in alignment with ISO ***** controls.
• Leading coordination of incident and problem management processes, including response, escalation, root cause analysis and continuous improvement of controls and processes.
• Managing IT asset lifecycle processes, ensuring secure configuration, compliance and alignment with security frameworks.
• Contributing to the development, implementation and ongoing improvement of technology policies, frameworks and roadmaps, with a strong focus on information security governance and compliance.
