Receptionist / Chiropractic Assistant - South Launceston Chiropractic
Immediate start, role to commence early August.
Approximately ***** hours per week.
South Launceston Chiropractic is seeking an
experienced Receptionist or Chiropractic/Allied Health Assistant
to join our clinic.
This role is best suited to a
mature, reliable professional with proven experience in a similar medical, chiropractic, physiotherapy, or allied health reception role
.
We are not seeking entry-level applicants.
Key Responsibilities
Managing patient reception in person and over the phone
Scheduling and coordinating appointments using practice management software
Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records
Supporting the chiropractor with daily clinic operations
Maintaining a professional and organised front desk environment
Liaising with off-site support and administration teams as required
Essential Requirements
Prior experience in a
similar receptionist or allied health administration role (required)
Strong employment history demonstrating reliability and commitment
Confidence using computer systems and Microsoft 365
Experience with practice management software (preferred)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Highly organised, punctual, and detail-focused




Ability to work independently within established systems
Availability for consistent, ongoing rostered shifts
