About the Role
We're looking for an experienced HR Consultant based in Perth to join our team on a casual basis.
Working across our Perth office, from home and on client sites, you'll partner with multiple organisations, providing practical HR advice, drafting high-quality HR documentation and delivering projects that make a genuine impact.
This role suits someone who enjoys building trusted relationships, solving problems and confidently switching between clients, industries and priorities.
What You'll Be Doing
Partnering with business owners and leaders to provide practical HR advice.
Drafting employment contracts, policies,



procedures and HR documentation.
Providing advice on employment legislation, Modern Awards and workplace relations.
Supporting recruitment, onboarding and workforce projects.
Developing practical HR frameworks and systems.
Building long-term relationships with clients as a trusted HR partner.
You'll Enjoy This Role If You...
Have at least 5 years' broad Australian HR experience.
Enjoy technical writing and producing high-quality documentation.
Can quickly build trust with clients and stakeholders.
Thrive on variety and adapting to different industries.
Have excellent knowledge of Australian employment law and workplace relations.
Balance strategic thinking with practical execution.
Enjoy working autonomously while being part of a team-oriented team.
Are based in Perth, WA and are willing to travel to client sites across the metropolitan area.
Ideally, have experience supporting clients within the mining, manufacturing or industrial sectors.
