Pharmacy Assistant
to join a busy Retail Pharmacy team.
This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in creating a welcoming, well-presented store environment.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable engaging with customers, recommending products and being part of a busy retail pharmacy.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure all customers are greeted and served with a smile
Putting away front of shop stock in a timely and correct manner
Ensuring front of shop stock is stored in appropriate areas
Continually learning about recent products and keeping up-to-date with in store promotions
Working as part of the LiveLife team to ensure all customers gain 'the best' pharmacy experience
Build and maintain effective relationships
The successful applicant will have the following skills and knowledge:
Ability to laugh and smile
Be inspiring and maintain a positive attitude at all times
Ability to fully engage with your customers as well your team
No previous experience necessary
Ability to live and breathe our Values
Great communication skills and cheerful attitude
Be an enthusiastic team player
Have a great eye for presentation and detail
This position is a casual role working in a pharmacy where the Pharmacy Assistant has the opportunity to work directly across all aspects of the pharmacy.
Training in these areas can be provided to the successful candidate.
