Providing a range of support and personal care services to our residents
Building and maintain strong relationships within the team, with our customers and family members
Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our residents secure
Providing meaningful experiences which enable our residents to thrive.
Casual Position - Seven day roster.
Location 2 Booker Avenue in Mornington.
About you
As well as being an accomplished Registered Nurse and Leader, you will align to our Values of
Bold, Warm and Honest
.
You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent clinical care for our residents, whilst effectively leading and supporting a team.
AHPRA Registration and a bachelor's degree in nursing
Knowledge of the Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI) is highly regarded
Experience in leading and training Care and Clinical team members whilst creating an engaging and supportive work culture
Proficiency using various systems, including online care management programs
Fully vaccinated for Influenza **** and COVID 19 .
