About the role
Petition is currently searching for Commis Chefs to join the team.
As part of the Petition Team, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
Will be responsible for executing and delivering the standard and quality that is upheld within the team
Supporting the Pans and/or Larder station in the kitchen
Creative thinking and ideas
Works well within a team
Have good awareness and knowledge about dietaries across the whole menu
Be able to think fast on their feet
High cleanliness and organisation levels

Skills and experience
Ideal candidates will have the following skills and experiences;
Relevant Qualification in Commercial Cookery;
At least one year's experience as a Commis Chef in a high end restaurant/s;
Willing and flexible to work a variety of shifts including weekends and evenings when required;
Available for either part time or full time hours;
A strong work ethic, a passion to create good food and a desire to succeed.
