About the role
Reporting to the Company Director at DMG Architecture, an exciting opportunity has become available for an Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team.
This is a
full time position
based in
Perth, Western Australia
.
As Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Director, which is crucial to the success of our business operations, for the Director to be able to focus on delivering outstanding projects and driving business growth.
You will be at the heart of our operations, managing complex schedules, facilitating communication, and supporting key initiatives across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
Managing the Directors calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
Preparing high-quality correspondence, reports, presentations, and documentation for board meetings
Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing enquiries with professionalism and discretion
Maintaining comprehensive filing systems and ensuring confidential information is appropriately managed
Supporting the coordination of project communications and updates within the architecture and property development sectors
Managing databases, client information, and records with meticulous attention to detail
Providing support for business development initiatives and client relationship management
Undertaking ad-hoc projects and special assignments as required
What we're looking for
Proven experience working as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role, preferably within the real estate, property development, or architecture sector
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and external contacts
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Sharepoint) and experience with calendar management systems
Strong discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive business information
Proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to navigate a fast-paced executive environment
Attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative tasks
Familiarity with the real estate, architecture, or property development industry is highly advantageous
