About the role
As Clinic Manager, you'll play an important role in leading our team, supporting daily clinic operations, and helping drive an exceptional client and team experience.
You'll be responsible for:
• Team leadership and development
• Rostering and operational support
• Supporting team members with KPIs and performance goals
• Maintaining high standards of client care
• Helping implement strategies that support clinic growth
• Supporting systems, processes and day-to-day efficiency

• Formal beauty or dermal qualifications
• Proven management / leadership experience
• Advanced computer skills + confidence with social media
• A supportive, nurturing leadership style
