We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Branch Manager to lead our Queanbeyan bran
ch.
This is a key leadership role for someone who enjoys running a business within a business—taking ownership of branch performance across sales, operations, customer service and team leadership.
It will suit a capable and hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-moving environment and brings the right balance of commercial acumen, operational discipline and entrepreneurial think
ing.
This role is intentionally market-facing, with an expectation that you will spend the bulk of your time in the market, building customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities and driving sales performance.
The remaining time will focus on leading branch operations, overseeing manufacturing, supporting your team and ensuring the branch continues to deliver safely, efficiently and profit
ably.
With customer service and operational team members reporting into this role, you will be responsible for creating a high-performing branch culture that is responsive, accountable and closely connected to customer
needs.
