As the Assistant Director, your role is key to building a positive, warm, fun, and welcoming culture where our Green Leaves Commitments are embedded across everything we do!
You will use your masterful leadership skills to support the Centre Director in the day-to-day operations and successful running of the Centre, guide the team in the development and delivery of high-quality programs that inspire and nurture young minds, and actively mentor and develop the team in line with best practice.

About You:
A current ACECQA-approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or above
A minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience as an Assistant Director
Current Tasmanian RWVP
Current Child Protection and National Child Safety Training Certificates
Current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012)
Proda ID and National Police Clearance obtained in the last 6 months
Must be available to work rotating shifts that may start as early as 6:30 am and finish as late as 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday
