Join AHCWA's Business Development team and play a key role in delivering procurement and contract management activities that support services, programs and strategic initiatives across the organisation.
Reporting to the Strategy, Relationships and Growth Manager, you will support procurement processes, contract administration and supplier engagement, ensuring activities are compliant, well managed and aligned with organisational and funding requirements.
About the Role
As the Procurement and Contracts Coordinator, you will:
Manage procurement activities in line with organisational policies and funding requirements.
Coordinate RFQ and tender processes, ensuring transparency and value for money.
Maintain supplier records, due diligence documentation and procurement registers.
Support the administration, monitoring and maintenance of contract records, registers and agreements.
Assist with contract reporting, variations, renewals and performance monitoring.
Prepare and maintain agreements, including MOUs, partnership agreements and consultancy contracts.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers and funding bodies.
Contribute to improving procurement and contract management systems, processes and templates.

About You
You are organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities and build positive working relationships.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Experience in procurement, contract administration,



contract coordination or a similar role.
Experience supporting contracts, agreements or service arrangements.
Sound understanding of procurement principles and compliance requirements.
Strong written communication skills and the ability to prepare clear, accurate documentation.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build productive working relationships across diverse groups.
Experience using procurement, contract management or business administration systems.
The ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Highly regarded:
Identifies as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander and is accepted as such by their community.
Experience working within the Aboriginal Community Controlled Health sector, community services or not-for-profit sector.
Tertiary qualifications in procurement, business or a related field.
Experience using procurement platforms or contract management systems.
